I understand that in early 1900 my Grandfather's sister was a Scientist with the St Petersburg Weather bureau.
Is there any was that I can find out about her the family name was Chumakova and her brother was a Doctor in the Army, he died in 1942 during the siege of Leningrad.
I would appreciate any help.
